Job Description

The mission for the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to provide support for our paid media ad campaigns (Google/Bing Search & Shopping, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok). You will provide support by pulling data/reports and presenting in an easy to digest fashion, building campaigns, monitoring, optimizing, and managing small projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and optimize promotions across our primary advertising channels (Google/Bing, Affiliate, Criteo, Display etc.)
  • Concept and spearhead creative brief planning for multi-channel assets & copy requests to support evergreen campaigns, new product or collection launches, and more
  • Manage the Social content calendar and build/schedule accordingly
  • Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting/analysis of channel and campaign performance
  • Monitor feeds & catalogs across various platforms for issues, disapprovals, drops in active SKUs, etc. (Google/Bing Merchant Center, Facebook Ecomm, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Own creation of product sets using Feedonomics using custom labels etc.
  • Manage EOM budget & invoice reconciliation and other related tasks
  • Keep tabs on budget pacing, track actual spend for all channels on a daily basis & update budget sheets to recap prior day’s spend at the channel/campaign level
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team on audience lists
  • Competitive and Trend research

 

Our ideal candidate has...

  • 1 year digital marketing experience, preferably in paid media or pay-per-click advertising
  • Knowledge of any of the following marketing channels:
    • Google/Bing Search & Shopping
    • Display/Retargeting
    • Facebook/Instagram Ads
    • Pinterest Advertising
    • TikTok
    • Affiliates or Marketplaces
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (or comparable analytics platforms) a plus
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup etc.) a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and grow
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, humble and down to earth
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills
  • Strong creative eye
  • Agency experience a plus
