The position offers unique opportunities to execute and evolve our print marketing capabilities and synchronize those activities with our growing digital business through data enhancement, the incorporation of digital data into the circulation process and participating in LTD integrated marketing efforts within a CRM team dedicated to multichannel effectiveness, and ecommerce acceleration.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager of Retention Marketing will be responsible for the execution and analysis of direct mail marketing, circulation planning, demand planning, and budget management for a multi-title, direct-to-consumer print catalog and ecommerce business. A significant component to serving our customers well includes conducting effective contact strategies and media campaigns coupled with a thorough analysis of the results of those campaigns and the ability to strategize future plans based on results. The successful candidate will need to be dynamic with strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability work with data accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail a must. Candidates must be logical thinkers who are able to multi-task and work under pressure.
