JOB OVERVIEW The Manager of Field Visual will provide the Z Gallerie fleet of stores with leadership in how to execute and achieve inspirational lifestyle merchandising within their unique locations. They will work in collaboration and partnership with the creative team at the Berkeley Buying Office to create in store merchandising directives to drive store sales. They will work with the Visual Director to bring innovation to the in store visual merchandising and store experience. They will set up the stores for visual success through mentorship and in store visits.



• Work with the store visual managers to execute the seasonal vision, elevate the store experience, and drive sales

• Coordinate and execute seasonal floor sets and monthly visual directive updates • Uphold visual integrity of the Z Gallerie brand standards

• Train and mentor the visual managers on floor sets, quality and visual standards, signage and graphics updates, store maintenance, recovery and cleanliness

• Assists in maintaining inventory integrity by merchandising to the merchant given display quantity

• Read and audit planograms, visual maps and offer creative suggestions for stores • Communicate the ZG visual standards, product assortment and product care

• Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to complex priorities

• Seeks information, asks questions and self-educates • Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability

• Pop visit stores to check store execution of visual direction

• Assist in the planning of store openings, closings and remodels



  • Experience managing visual teams for multiple units/locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to travel
