As a leader in our supply chain organization you will create and lead a team, while executing network optimization strategy for our growing portfolio of brands. Your goal will be to immediately improve supply chain merchandise flow, create world class customer service, and increase profitability by developing strategies, finding synergies, and improving processes and technology. This is a high impact, high visibility role, for someone with the right mix of product management, project management, and analytical skills with a passion for creating an unrivaled experience for our customers. 


Our ideal hiring location is the Greater Chicago Area. Remote US candidates will be considered on a case by case basis. 


Your day to day will vary and include:

  • Implementing supply chain network optimization strategies and supply chain technologies
  • Identifying inefficient processes, improving productivity, and where possible replacing with existing or new technology
  • Create and own the network optimization roadmap planning processes 
  • Leading new product introduction efforts within specific goals for team leadership, supply chain design, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Communicating project updates to various stakeholders, including executives; synthesizing issues into a clear, concise message

Our ideal candidate has the leadership presence and communication skills to represent our brands in various settings and different levels of technical sophistication. They will have a mix of home furnishings, retail, operations, and supply chain experience; including: knowledge of how furniture/home furnishings are sourced, handled, and manufactured. Creative thinking, willingness to challenge the status quo, proven ability to execute across the supply chain, and deliver recommendations decisively will be key. 

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in a senior management position with success in business improvement and supply chain leadership including a background that includes complex organizational change and product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or Math.
  • Experienced with at least a few of the following: WMS, TMS, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Returns, Item Master and BI technologies
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships with the operations, IT, merchandise, planning and supply chain teams
  • Product / Project Management experience within supply chain operations
