Our People Operations/HR team plays a critical role in developing, retaining, and acquiring talent, championing our culture, and ensuring consistency and compliance portfolio wide. The current team consists of HR Business Partners, Compensation/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Communications, HRIS, Payroll, Training and Development.
The CHRO will be responsible for all people-related strategies. You will build, lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting various employee populations located throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. We are growth focused with a heavy M&A component. Our CHRO will be a builder, who understands the complexities of a growing business with complex org structures, multiple entities, and different cultures.
This role will be a huge challenge but also an incredible opportunity to make an impact.
Our preferred hiring location is the Greater Chicago Area, however, we will consider remote candidates located anywhere in the Central US who are willing to travel as needed. Candidates outside of these geographic areas will be considered on a case by case basis.
