  • Deliver weekly and monthly planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses
  • Collect and analyze disparate quantitative data to develop relevant analyses leading to cost reductions or revenue growth
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience, to articulate complex finance issues
  • Build presentations and investment memos for the investment committee, board meetings, and fundraising efforts
  • Project manage and implement new cost cutting or revenue growth initiatives that involve multiple functional groups and businesses
  • Conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, business diligence, coordinating with intermediaries, and negotiating with different parties

Our ideal candidate:

  • Majored in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Has 2-3 years of financial/data analysis experience: creating & presenting financial analyses, budgeting and P&L management, forecasting, and modeling
  • Has a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams to collect data, analyze it, and communicate the key insights and/or problem statements to executives in an effective manner
  • Preferred: Has experience in M&A transactions, creating investment memos, and drafting board presentations
  • Is an analytical thinker able to resolve complex business problems
  • Has advanced excel skills
  • Has experience with database languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Has excellent judgment and enjoys working with a high degree of independence

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive comp package with benefits
  • No suits or ties
  • Work with a highly skilled finance team with direct exposure to highly experienced business leaders
  • Massive career growth opportunities in a rapidly growing acquisitive organization
