Starting with DirectBuy Home Improvement Inc in 2017, our acquisition of Z Gallerie in 2019, One Kings Lane this past April, and our most recent acquisition of Sur La Table, we're consolidating the home furnishings industry, while driving growth through digital.
We recognize a company becomes the people it hires. That’s why recruiting is critical to our company growth and success. Our recruiting team works as a centralized platform across the portfolio of CSC Generation companies and you will help build our presence in Canada.
This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, we’re a startup, and you’ll have insane amounts of responsibility within a fast paced team. The challenge doesn’t come without reward; you’ll have the opportunity to own recruiting in Canada and help us build a world-class team of engineers, marketers, and associates. Initially, this will be an individual contributor role but if you’re very successful, you could be building and running your own team within 12mo.
